Dutch support for capacity building
IOB, together with six Dutch NGOs and the Ghana Ministry of Health, carried out this evaluation in response to the demand by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dutch NGOs and their partners in developing countries for knowledge and insight that may contribute to capacity development policy. Its primary focus was therefore on learning, and cases were selected on the basis of criteria that stressed this focus. Contactivity edited the 'Synthesis Report' and six case study reports (NiMD, PSO, NCEA, MoH-Ghana, Agriterra and Partos).
